Ratchet and ClankReviewed by prophet638 on November 04, 2007 | report this review Just finished the game on my first run through and the game is one very solid action platformer for the ps3. The graphics are awesome and there were no control or camera problems that I noticed. Tons new weapons and planets to explore. The main reason that I gave this game a four out of five is that even though the game is pretty much flawless and a must have for fans of the series, it really doesn't offer to much in the way of inovation, there are a couple of cool features with the sixaxis but that's really it. This aside, the game is totally worth the purchase, but be it that this is my first run through I haven't yet seen if there is much value in replaying the game a second time. There were a few things I missed from previous installments, certain weapons and armor, and being able to customize your space ship, but I'm sure that when the ps3 starts its "Greatest Hits" Line, this will be one of the titles. All in all a solid game and an awesome first showing on next-gen for Ratchet and Clank. This game is easy to pick up and play, but still has it's challenges. Speaking of Challenges, I just unlocked challenge mode, so we will see how things go on the second run through. Another Great Game That Will Not Make You Regret Buying A PS3!Music: 9/10 (Nice action/battle soundtracks)
Overall: 5/5 or 9.5/10 Just What youd expect from insomniac!Another day another Ratchet and Clank game! Insomniac has outdone themselves once again with yet another installment in the Ratchet and Clank sieries. What else would you expect?? Its the same old for the dynamic duo. Bored with nothin to do when Captian Quark is attacked. Once agin you must save his sorry ass. As you go through the game you learn of the Lombax secret. (If you havent played any of the previous games you dont know what that is. its Ratchet) Also you learn of the Cryagmites, the most vile race in the universe. Both of these rases dissapered in a great war between the two. You are the lone Lombax in the universe and you are trying to stop the only cryagmite left whose name i have forgot. I wont give away any more of the story. Te graphics are amazing on the PS3. The gameplay is pretty much the same as the previous games. THe wepons are new and exciting and fun to use.Simple controls make it easy for anyone to play. This is a great game for anyone! It is a fun and sierious game but also quite funny at times. This is a great game from the minds behing Resistance Fall Of Man and the rest of the Ratchet and Clank games. This is a must have for the PS3. DONT MISS OUT!

Some people may argue that it is kind of easy, but who cares really. It is extremely enjoyable game and the best part it is like you are watching a cartoon but you actually play a role in it. So in short words, i really recommend this game and i am pretty sure that whoever gets it will not be sorry!
